Rates for Lake House #1
$300/ per night
for up to 10 people --- There is a one time
charge of $10 per person for any additional people over the number 10.
For example, 2 nights @ $300 per night with 4 extra people --- total
due $640.
A two-night minimum is required.
Special Holidays - New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving & Christmas- A three-night minimum is required.

Cancellation
Policy
-
A full refund will
be given if you cancel within the 2 weeks prior to the first day of your reservation. If
you cancel less than 2 weeks from the first day of your registration, you will be charged for the first day of
unless we are able to rent the house.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD,
DISCOVER and personal checks. There will be a $20 fee for any returned
checks.
NOTE: Until confirmed, rates
are subject to change without notice. Your reservation is not confirmed
until we receive payment in full.

Description of House
- A spacious 2000 sq ft home sleeps 13 with 3
bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.
(Two full baths [one up and one down]
plus a half bath in the hall.)
- A 15' X 41' Florida room: twin beds
for 7, a game table area and a DISH TV/ VCR/DVD lounge area.
- Added features: washer dryer, gas grill
and three tables perfect for crafting and playing
games. Chairs for 19 and many more to pull up to the table.
- We furnish linens. Fully-equipped
kitchen
- Central H/A on both floors and the
Florida room.
- Upstairs you will find one bedroom with a
queen size bed with a new queen size
foam with foam topper mattress and its own H/A, DISH TV/DVD/VCR and a full bath. Downstairs
there are two more bedrooms, each of which has a new queen size
foam with foam topper mattress, and full bath and DISH DISH TV/VCR/DVD.
It has a full-size ping pong table.
- We have a large graveled area in front
of the house. Please park your autos and back your boat into this
area. Please do not park on the road; parking on the road may
block other homes.
- No pets. We will board one dog
free of charge at a local kennel.
- No smoking in the house.
There is a bucket on the deck.

Important
Info About What to do Around the House
You are responsible for any loss or damage to the property or loss or
damage to the property of the neighbors'.
No outside fires such as charcoalers. We provide an outside
gas grill. Fire danger is high and very real.
Fire departments are some distance away; in Davis & Sulphur. We have had some fire damage from careless
handling of charcoal and fire works.
Fireworks are not permitted. Sometimes they are shot across the lake from
a dock. The lake patrol will not approve this and they enforce these
restrictions.
Towels: We provide
towels. We request that you wash one load of towels before leaving the
house.
Garbage is picked up at 8:00 AM Monday mornings.
If you will take all trash to the outside cans
before you leave we will be most appreciative.
Please do not throw
cigarette buts over the side of the deck. There is a sand bucket for them
on the deck. Remember fire danger. If there is a burn ban, it is illegal to
toss out a burning cigarette and dirty in any event. Help us keep this
place clean.
Weather: When the
weather looks threatening tune DISH TV to channel 10 or 12. If you need to seek
shelter and do
not want to stay in our lake house both houses across the
street (not the small middle house) have strong basements and, if home,
could give you shelter if they choose.
Pets and smoking:
Please, neither is welcome in the house.
